what do you mean by "unembods" in the thread's title?
The case of filtering MathType EPS from non-MathType EPS is discussed very often thiese days here in the forum.
My answer in every case:
Inspect the placed EPS and look for some PostScript code that comes along with the PostScript comment %%Creator:
