I buy Photoshop cc 2017, 3D is not active, 3D icon suppose to appear when I use Typing !!

What is the problem ?

You need to give some system details. Specifically - is your graphics card compatible with 3D - see link below?

Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) card FAQ

Do you have GPU enabled in Preferences - Performance (post a snapshot) ?

What are your 3D preferences - post a screen snapshot?

Thanks for those but they don't show your graphics card or 3D preferences.

Within Photoshop can you go to Edit - Preferences and post a snapshot of :

a. The  Performance settings

b. The 3D settings

Just take the snapshot and paste it in - that way we can see the writing around the Graphics Processor Settings
