Tengo un texto editado en photoshop y me gustaría pasarlo a after effects para hacer algo similar a esto : Intro con Particulas Auxiliares en After Effects - YouTube

You simply misunderstand. The actual text has nothing to do with the particles. They are separate layers and masked and animated accordingly. None of this is any problem since AE fully supports those layer styles natively.
