Not start in Adobe Muse - trial version. See screenshot http://prnt.sc/dw0dgx. I have the operating system Windows10 Pro. Also do not start and other programs for the same reason. Help to remove the cause.

ime error 16 is the store folder missing or your Adobe cc doesn't have permission to look there

I don't know if your system is local-admin or Microsoft account so I recommend you right click the both the Adobe cc app and Muse icon then select the 'run as admin' options... that should clear the block
