Yes, you will continue to pay. You can break the agreement, but if done after 14 days you will need to pay half of the remaining days when you cancel.

You could buy a prepaid one-year membership, without entering any auto renewal information. You can buy a single app membership, monthly without a contract, but you'll likely end up spending more than you would with the Photography plan for a full year.
