My windows computer has crashed so I no longer have the Pinnacle Studio program. However I have many completed movies from Pinnacle. I'm moving to Mac and Premiere Elements. is there any way to convert the VOB files into Premiere Elements?

VOB files are DVD files and can be used as project assets, just as any video files.
Just open a Premiere Elements project and use Add Media to add the VOBs to your project and the timeline.
