Hi rogCAriosancheso,

As of now, there is no way to add preset to Lightroom mobile version. It is available with the limited functionality for editing the images on the go and sync back to the Lightroom mobile desktop.

There are several preset available for Lightroom desktop which you can try and use it with Lightroom mobile desktop.
