My computer dont want to open AE ?? (error)

Hi ! I have a problem ! Everytime I want to open After Effect , this appear :

Seriously ... i dont know what to do ... I already try to start it in administrator but this appear everytime .  Please help me >-<

1. What is the version of operating system?

2. What is the Graphics card model number? Have you updated the Graphics card drivers to latest version?

3. Is there any other error message?

2- Intel(R) Graphics 520 and its the latest version

3- No its only this one ...

Please open windows event viewer > Windows logs > Application

check for errors related to AfterEffects & post a screenshot of the error message for further investigation.
