LightRoom CC Can't Import Images From some Canon EOS Camera

I can not Import images from Canon 30D but can from Canon 7D using USB port. Can import images from the Canon 30D CF card in card reader. Thanks for any help

Can you describe in detail what happens when you try to import from the 30D, so we can "see" what you are seeing?

Have you checked the connection of the cable to the 30D to make sure it is connected properly to both the computer and to the camera? Have you tried any other cable? have you tried a different USB port?

In your 30D menus, go to Communication and make sure you are set to PC Connection

The card reader is really the option you should be using for both cameras.
