How to prevent pop-up on cut/paste

Dreamweaver 2017, working on a php file. If I select a line and command 'x'/cut I get a pop-up dialog listing; __CLASS__, __COMPILER_HALT_OFFSET__, and so on. It's not of use to me and very irritating, is there a way to I prevent the pop-up?

In Preferences > Code Hints, did you disable description tooltips?

Both are unticked in my preferences, I would assume that makes them disabled. I'll tick tools tips and see if that removes them.

Sadly code hints and tooltips checked or unchecked the pop-up still appears. Feels more like a bug than an intended feature.

Just updated to 2017.5, this pop-up is still driving me crazy. 'code hints > enable description tool tips' is unticked, is there any way to disable it before I through my machine out of the window?
