I'm fairly certain that when I created the forms a couple of years ago - there was no way to manually collect PDF submissions in the response file and track who the sender was. Currently the FROM column says "anonymous user" and I had to build a text box within the documents themselves to track the names.
Has there been any work-around discovered for this?
