I have a problem with photoshop that does not respond to the control request

My problem is that when I select a tools, photoshop does not, I am obliged to click outside the desktop and back to click in the window of photoshop to activate the tool. OR when I want to delete a brush stroke, (atl comd Z) its not effface not the line, its does not respond, I am forced to click outside the frame and back click in the window of photoshop.

Sounds like a focus problem.  Are panels un-docked from the application frame?

I tried to reset the tools and the problem is still there. I reinstalled photoshop nc6 and did the update. And the problem is still there.
