Psd format file issue (Adobe Photoshop)

Hi all.

Here's my problem:

I cannot access my .psd format file  because of the following message: "Could not load action. The program would not open".  Could anyone suggest me a proper way to repair psd file?

I am using I Photoshop CS6.

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

I have tried to reinstall Photoshop. No luck. The thing is, I can open the other files of this format
