Adobe digital edition not working

We installed adobe digital editions 4.5.3 via admin account, then restarted and signed on with user. Opened Adobe digital editions and the program stops working, The only thing we can do is close the program. We are using Windows 8.1 on Dell XPS. We tried uninstalling and reinstalling software but it does the same thing. Please help!AD.JPG
