CC2107 update, now I get Transfer checking itself in brush settings

I am dropping out the white background to show a layer of blue underneath. Noticing my wacom  is not brushing black and the Transfer keep rechecking itself, overtime I go up with the brush. >.<

Mac 10.10.5 with Wacom 6.3.18-4.

Downloading the wacom 6.3.20 update now, just have to find IT to install since they lock my computer.

6.3.20 Wacomdid not help, and this also happens with mouse so not a Wacom conflict issue. Do not believe this was happening with initial 2017 , but the recent update. 2017.0.1.

Even with the lock on this keeps returning. >.<

Going back to 2015, as am good there and has a busy day so cannot waste any more time on this.

Thanks JJMack your post put me on track to what this was. They changed always use pressure for opacity setting to be down.

So i turned this off.

Hoping that every time I reset the prefs this does tho go back, as that needs to be off when dropping out the backgrounds on images.
