Change the folio numbers

Hi experts,

I need change the page numbers in Table of contents. my input is excel files like..

Old nos          New nos

  31                    51

  32                    52

  33                    53

  34                    54

  35                    55

  36                    56

Find the old page numbers and change to equivalent  new page numbers in TOC. Is this possible by script ?
