Uploaded to CC interactive (movies) .indd deck doesn't play on iPhone or in Google chrome

Hi all,

Just uploaded a multipage Indesign deck which contains various movies 'on page open load movies'.

The subsequent link plays fine via Safari, but when viewed on my iPhone 6s, the movie pages don't play and also on mac desktop/laptop - same again (movie pages don't play) but via Google Chrome??

Any experienced users with some thought/solutions please

What does “multipage Indesign deck” mean? Uploaded how? What format?

“Deck” is corporate speak for a type of presentation.

Uploaded I assume is Publish Online which is its own “format”.

I know that part, Sandee, but I had no idea if this was Pub Online or PDF

I think you’ve run into the same problem I did with a movie set to play onPageLoad on iPhone, and tablets.

The powers that be at Apple and Google decided that in the interests of keeping people on phones and tablets from inadvertently opening a page and suddenly having huge amounts of data downloaded, that they would forbid onPageLoad for any multimedia.
