Lock Form

Hello.

I want to bulid a form with acrobat pro for a client. this client fill the form an send this to an other company. the form must be locked by the client. the other company may not be able to change the content of the form. how this is possible: only with acrobat pro, a third party programm or an other solution?

Using signature you can lock the document: Step 2: Sign the Document > Understand the Basics of Digital Signatures in Adobe Acrobat X  Also, you can password protect the file: PDF passwords, protected PDFs, file permissions | Adobe Acrobat DC
