PDF-Export - only the Spot Channel

Problem:

I have an InDesign CC-Documet, which contains 5 colors: CMYK and the Spot-Color „Text Black“:

Now, I want to have a PDF just with the Spot-Color „Text Black“ (Because the printer don't want the CMYK-PDFs)

But I can’t directly export the channel;

also, when I try to export the file as a PS-File, I can not export empty pages, which I also need in the PDF-File.

Is there any solution without workaround?
