Issues in After Effects Update 14.1

After I updated my After Effects to version 14.1, when I open it, it only appears this message and does not open. I do not know what to do anymore!

Hi MatTecno,

Close all of the Adobe processes from the Task Manager and go to the following locations:

Location 1: C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe

Location 2: C:\Users\<Username>\Documents\Adobe

In all the locations, rename the 'Adobe' folders to 'OldAdobe'

Launch After Effects, accept the License Agreement and see if it works.

Note: You will lose your customized workspaces and keyboard shortcuts.

Even after doing this, the problem persists, do you have another solution? (I even reinstalled the software and it did not work)

Install older versions of AE and see if you can open any of them.

Have you tried installing any older versions of After Effects as Szalam has suggested, and do they open, MatTecno? Please let us know.
