After relinking, file won't package

I've been working with Indesign on a school project and as it was my first time using the program, I didn't really understand the importance of the whole linking/packaging aspect of Indesign. Long story short I had about 90 links missing, which I have since been relinking. I tried to package my file after relinking the majority of the images and now the file is unable to package. Anyone know why this might be happening? It packaged fine before I tried relinking things.

What does “unable to package” mean. Do you get an error? If so, what is it?

This is the message I get when I try to package: InDesign could not package the document. Failed to create PDF. Try exporting the file using  File > Export menu option to view errors. When I do that it says: version 4 ICC Profiles were converted to version 2 ICC profiles during PDF Export. Failed to Export the PDF file.

When you Package an Indesign file you have an option to include a pdf with the save out.

You don't have to have a pdf with the packaged files, you could do that before or after.
