I work at a Community college and we have been having problems with our Packager. We were updating 2015 CC to 2017 CC and after uninstalling all our old 2015 CC apps we ran the packager created the new 2017 Package and ran the installer. This worked for most of the Mac computers. Now a few did not work
one of the issues we are having is that the when we go to run the packager it doesn't come up with the option to pick Creative Cloud for Education and skips to pick the license type with no device option
The Second problem it would install the software then it would a few days latter go to trail version and we would have to uninstall the apps recreate the Packager and reinstall all of them.
