After effects "AEDynamicLinkServer" crash

Please help!?
I last used my AE in November 2016, now of a sudden this year my AE wont open, It starts off with..

After Effects error: invalid DICT array size (83::2)

then

After Effects warning: Unknown Exception

then

After Effects error:crash occurred while invoking plug in "AEDynamicLinkServer"

then

After Effects error:Crash in progress. Last logged message was: <9012><DynamicLink> <5> C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\7.0\dynamiclinkmanager.exe

I am running Windows 8 Pro

Intel Core i7

32GB RAM

Nvidia GeForce GTx660

DICT errors refer to language and font related issues. Start by checking your fonts and weed out any "garbage" you may have added recently. Conversely, check your language settings and file names. Perhaps you renamed a folder oddly or are using a user account that has a special character in its name.
