What version of Photoshop? If CC open the Application Manager and click on the cog icon and choose Preferences.

Sorry, but I actually have no idea. I have always preferred to use the English version.

Hvis Photoshop CC allerede er installert, gjør følgende:

1. Sett språket til norsk i desktop-appen
2. Avinstaller Photoshop
3. Installer Photoshop på nytt
4. Om nødvendig, sett språket til norsk i Photoshops innstillinger (Edit > Preferences > Interface)

If Photoshop CC is already installed, do the following:

1. Set the language to Norwegian in the CC desktop app
2. Uninstall Photoshop
3. Reinstall Photoshop
4. If necessary, set language to Norwegian in PS preferences  (Edit > Preferences > Interface)
