Screen refresh

CS 5.5 photoshop and illustrator are giving me screen refresh issues. Inspite of the small or big file size, I cannot see the changes immediately.

Multiple zoom in s and zoom outs bring the refreshed screen to me.

I am using windows 64 bit system with i7 6th generation-6700 @3.40 GHz processor, 16gb ram. in-built graphic card 1GB.

Turn off GPU usage or update your graphics driver.
