My photoshop elements 15 is damaged I had it for Christmas, its not working  dont Know serial No. How can I down load a new one?

J Waller, I have now found the information you require-invoice date 30th December 2016. sequence no-1-937431154.order ID MLQV4KB1Q-1 DOCUMENT NO. 162147111301. I hope this is enough information for me to download a newAdobe Photoshop Elements 15 App, Thank you  Regards, Muriel Pike
