I have Lightroom on one computer and am trying to add it to me second computer. It says I was over my amount of licenses. I had an old computer so I deactivated it from that computer. I didn't just delete it, I followed the directions and actually deactivated it. Lightroom is still telling me I'm over my licenses. I thought maybe it could still be on an old computer that I no longer have, but not sure how to move forward to fix that. I saw on the troubleshooting articles it says "If you cannot access the previous computer on which you installed the app—whether it was stolen, was lost, crashed, or locked—you need to contact us by chat or phone. To ensure a quick resolution, be sure to have any purchase-related information ready."

Ok, but HOW do I contact them by chat or phone? Following that link, or any other link I try, says I don't have access to chat or phone support. So how do I resolve this so that I can start using LR on my new computer?

To get to Live Chat, go to that link and select Photoshop Lightroom, Adobe ID and signing in, and then click on Still need help? Make sure you tell them you are having an activation problem, you need to de-activate LR on a computer you don't have any more.
