Renew your subscription...each time I open Adobe Animate CC...

For some reason, everytime I need to open Adobe Animate CC on my computer, I am told I need to renew my subscription even though I have an active subscription. I hit the Try Again button, and the same message will keep appearing. To get by I just have to close out of the pop-up and then try to open Adobe Animate CC again from the Adobe Cloud program's App's screen.

I only log in to Adobe Animate CC from 1 computer, so I'm not sure why this keeps happening.

Any ideas?
