Good day! Suppose I have 3 computers. If I buy a Photoshop Subscribe, can I use the program at all 3 computers?

Yes you can. But only two machines can be signed-in at any one time. But it is easy to switch.

I have a full CC subscription installed on my desktop, laptop, and on a Cintiq Companion 2.  I occasionally swap between the laptop and the CC2 and it is as simple as signing in on the relevant system, and the other is signed out automatically.  If I recall correctly, once or twice it has informed me that I am already signed into the maximum two systems, and on one occasion I did in fact sign out of one so I could sign in on the other, but only the once.

So no problem.
