Finder shows the JPG preview of your RAW, which often is not corrupted.
This is caused by a hardware malfunction. You need to try transferring the file to Lightroom using different hardware, and if possible using an entirely different computer.

Did you use any Nikon software to transfer the images?
Some of the Nikon software is known to corrupt images. It's better to use LR to copy the images or you can also use Explorer.
If not, are you seeing this in Library and in Develop?

Because all photos have the same black band- If camera is an SLR, I would suspect a camera fault-
Sticky or jammed shutter curtain, or sticky reflex mirror.
What camera model?
And what is the answer to the questions by F.McLion ?

I had used the nikon software viewNX-i to transfer the files. It had the dark image in LR & viewNX-i . It also saw in library of the LR. But it did not have the dark part when I open by finder of my MAC OS.

This is a corrupted file. Sometimes files get corrupted by a hardware malfunction. I would try importing the file again using different hardware (different card reader or different cable).
It is not the Nikon Software, which causes corruption that makes the entire file unreadable, and Lightroom refuses to import it.
