Animate Canvas_ symbol to avoid the mouse pointer

Anyone have a code snippet to make a mc symbol avoid the mouse pointer and still stay within boundaries of stage. Would like the symbol to move in some random direction preferably with an "easeOut" effect.  Thanks in advance.
