Can not re activate PS 6

I was working on my Mac version ps6 program and it crashed!  I tried to reopen the program and it would not open. I restarted the computer, call Mac for help and its not a computer issue but a software issue.  Since I could not open the program I decided to uninstall the Mac (the one that crash and I tried to reinstall on) version cs6 and just reinstall. It installed ok but will not let me activate it, been revoked, contact customer service.  I need help please.  I only my PS6 on my Mac (main computer) and my PC laptop.  Please advise.

I do know how to activate/deactivate the program.

Contact Customer Care. Tell them your computer crashed and you need your activations reset.
