Text Effects - good tutorial needed

Hi all

I need to find a good tutorial that covers text effects. Have a look at the centre Parcs video, I want to learn how to edit the text so that it appears static but passes through the clip as the camera moves.

I'm rubbish at explaining what I mean, hopefully the video explains!
