I took a photo of the Chatham Lighthouse & former keeper's house in Cape Cape Cod. The keeper's house is now an active U.S. Coast Guard station. Would I need to obtain a property release to use this as a stock photo? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.
Always check the Known Image Restrictions list. If not listed there (it's not) and it isn't a private home, and the photos follow our other guidelines such as historic buildings need to be older than 120 years, I expect our moderation team should accept content depicting that property without a release.

Hi Christy,
Please see Property release and protection guidelines for Adobe Stock
Hope that helps!

Hi Sheena - I've already read through everything on the Adobe website, and as far as I can see, this is still ambiguous. I've also been on numerous websites from historical organizations in the Cape Cod area, as well as the US Coast Guard website, and I could find nothing with respect to needing a property release for photographs. How should I proceed?
