I received the message below when clicking on the Creative Cloud Apps tab.

"This installation is no longer available. Uninstall it and download Creative Cloud again from ......"

It will not permit me to uninstall Creative Cloud because Adobe programs are associated with it.

Does this me that I will have to first uninstall all of my Adobe programs, then uninstall and download Creative Cloud again and then reinstall all of my programs?

I have the same problem, came with a Windows update.  That's outrageous to have to uninstall everything. Will have to wait until next weekend for this project!  But, thanks a BUNCH for all the links to help!

you're welcome.

p.s. i don't know that you need to take all those steps, but that's the most thorough way to restart the cc installation process.

The steps highlighted above didn't go well yesterday. No matter what I try or click on, I get the same message. I tried re-installing CC on top of old one, tried uninstalling several of my Adobe apps, tried uninstalling CC, doesn't matter what I touch, I get the message:

"Adobe CC is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of CC from http://adobe.com/go/adobecreativecloudapp"

I've done that numerous times and downloaded the .exe file 4 or 5 times, but when I try to install, it goes to 5% and then crashes back to the same message above. No matter what I do, I get the same message, vicious cycle!

Any suggestions?  Windows 10, latest update.

Thanks!  I was going to try to call tomorrow.  Today I have upgraded all apps & CC on my laptop as a backup, and saved a system backup and ALL my business files on PC, to an external.  I have Carbonite, but like to cover all bases in these situations.  Fortunate that all my Adobe apps are still working fine except CC!
