Since updating to CC2017, I am constantly running into situations when it takes a LONG LONG time to do things. When I check Task Manager, it shows InDesign "Not Responding". The especially happens, when opening a file, exporting to PDF, building a package, and saving, though it can happen other times. This has happened previously, but has got MUCH MUCH worse since updating to CC2017.

If I wait long enough, the task will eventually finish completion. But what should take 5 minutes can take 20 minutes or longer. theprogram has become almost unusable. Please help.

Thanks I will try this. After speaking with our internal IT help folks, part of the issue may also be that I need to increase the RAM in my laptop (I only have 4 gig) so I i have put in a request for that as well.
