I own a registered copy of Adobe Photoshop CS 4 Extended serial number [Serial number removed by moderator. Please don't post serial numbers here, as this is not Adobe support and all who have access to the internet have access to your information.] . When I attempt to launch CS4, a
screen is displayed which requires me to "accept" a license agreement which I had done many years ago when I registered the product initially. When I
click "accept" the programs still do not launch.
Are not these programs licensed in perpetuity?
I'm using Windows 7 Service Pack 3 and the problem started last week. I tried rebooting and launching the application file within the program file, all to no avail.
Thanks!
Wally
first try alt+ctl+shift when launching ps to clear any corrupt preferences.
if that fails try uninstalling using the adobe clean tool and then reinstall.
