Hi there, I created two puppets so far and in both cases the mouth won't open. in this puppet i added a key trigger, but that doesn't seem to work.. [or  i am just missing something on how to do it, very new to the program!]

Also the pupils of this puppet don't move and i don't know why.

And the arms stay stuck to the body and distort when dragged.

I'd love help with these isssues, if someone can take a look at the files, thanks! Edie

  • You had more than one layer labeled Head - I removed it.
  • You had the mesh set to auto - I set it to contour.
  • The hat was in the body for some reason.
  • The eyes had a lot of issues: the pupils weren't independent, part of the pupil was tagged as the eyeball, and what should have been called the eyeball was called the eye instead.
  • The arms weren't independent.

The surprised mouth is working for me.
