Multiple After Effects Error CS6

I am having a problem with opening a after effects project and I am getting multiple errors.

I have tried all these options from this Forum ""The font dictionary can't be read" error in After Effects" That did not fix the problem

I was not able to find a solution for this problem: "After effects error: strange situation [0/2} (26 :: 84)"

I have wiped AE Cache Files also

Here is my System set-up

OS: WINDOWS 10

RAM: 16 GB

PROCESSOR: Intel Core i7-3770K

CPU: 3.5GHz

GRAPHIC CARD: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680

ADOBE: CS6@

Whta project? You need to be more specific. Start by enabling capslock when openening the file to suppress rendering, then check for potentially critical settings, effects, fonts and so on.

I Bought a template online (https://videohive.net/item/text-animator-01-creative-modern-titles/16491525 ), it was originally working. Then I installed a font from dafont.com "Sansation" that when the project would not open. I re-downloaded the project still getting the same errors as above. When I have cap locks on it still gets the same errors. When I don't open the project file and open AE Regular it will work fine.

If you uninstall Sansation, does it work?

Did you ever get your project completed? What went wrong with the template? Was it a bad font? Let us know.
