photoshop 2017 does not respond, and closes

I created an installation package Adobe CC 2017 offline for Computer Laboratory at school.

When I open the program in 2017 photoshop software does not respond, and closes.

Notably, the computers already installed Adobe CS 5.5 suite design premium.

At two, I removed Adobe CS 5.5 package, and then installed the Adobe CC 2017 offline, and still when I open the program in 2017 photoshop software does not respond, and closes.

When I installed the installation package Adobe CC 2017 Adobe offline computers not at all, everything was great, what should I do?

I reset the settings, but it did not solve the problem.

for seconde check there is a  problem  only with this specific account. It is possible to delete the profile and recreate it, but it will take  a lot of work. maybe you have any other solution?
