Is there any sound in that sound block? If it's just bringing in an empty audio track, perhaps it  would be a good feature request to make capsules that don't have audio, show up in Premiere without any audio.

Put it in the AE Render Queue, and turn off the sound in the Output Module in the Queue.

Queue it up in Adobe Media Encoder and turn off the sound in the preset you use.

If you're new, it'll take about 15 minutes to figure it out.  If you know something, it's dead simple.

This is not how you export aecap files.

You right click and choose export comp as text template.

Then you shouldn't get any sound.

You may have to look at video layers that show the little speaker icon, which indicates video with an audio track, and turn the sound off.  Or you have to Purge your memory & caches before you export to get rid of stray audio from other projects, which sometimes happens.

I don't have any sound in my layers, so  I have no audio tracks and hence no speaker icons visible.

If there is no audio in any your layers, you can't export any sound.  Perhaps you should describe what is happening that prompted this question in the first place.

I have created a comp with a text box and a shape layer.

Then, I've right clicked on the comp and selected "Export Composition as Text Template" (aecap)

After importing the resulting aecap file into Premiere Pro, inserting the file on the timeline, I get a sound block attached to it.
