Hi Guys
I am a IT guy support for a company.
One of the staff installed Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 on a computer
After a while , she keep getting any error message something about not enough memory to run
The computer spec are
Dell Latitude E7250
Processor is Intel Core i5 5300U 2.30Ghz
Memory is 4.Gb
harddisk is 256 GB SSD
Is this machine okay to run Adobe Photoshop CC 2015?
I looked around and found out for CC 2015

The Latitude E7250 has an integrated Intel HD Graphics 5500, which has been tested for Photoshop.
The out of memory error may be referring to RAM
Take a look at Preferences > Performance

Also because people are very confused about memory, check the actual message. It could be that the disk is filling. Photoshop creates scratch files if many gigabytes. The machine isnt going to be suitable for very high definition work so check the pixel size.
