Macro help needed for merging

I have to add the same 2 pages to the end of all my PDF's and wanted to know if there is a macro that I can make that creates a button in the ribbon that automatically adds the two pages to the PDF.  Right now I use the combine option but it takes many steps to do it.

If you have Acrobat Pro you can create a simple Action that does it and then run it on all of your files.
