Hi
I've been using Creative Cloud for over a year now. Both Illustrator and Photoshop are acting nuts- more and more lately, especially photoshop. I've been using both programs since 1999 and have never dealt with anything like it. Illustrator doesn't always respect the shift button, so I have to go back a few times and re-do the object (among other weird behaviors), and photoshop.. WELL... It gets stuck on certain tools- mostly hand and lens. It rectangle selector has a permanent plus next to it. If I want to deselect objects I have to choose the circle selector tool. It doesn't recognize many keyboard commands.. the whole thing is a huge MESS..I have a mac that i purchased in Sept. of 2016.. Any suggestions.. anyone??

Well, It looks like Photoshop is all better now!! And I haven't see issues yet with Illustrator.. Thank you so much! I can't believe what a quick fix Photoshop was. I used the Command+Alt+Shift option.. Perfect. Thank you very much!
