For reasons I don't understand Lightroom keeps asking for for a new serial number even though I have only ever had this version installed on the same computer and have not made any changes recently. "Retry activation" doesn't work and I can't "deactivate another computer" as I haven't got one. Any suggestions?
I ended up using the Adobe Forum Chat, waited 40 min (when it said it would take 2 min) and then someone reset my serial number so I could reactivate LR6. Seems to be working fine now.

I have the same problem. I can't deactivate LR6 because my computer was destroy. Any soluton?

Moderator has removed my serial number from community . I still have the
request to renew my existing number which was shown in my account. Can
you please rectify this error. LR6 is installed on only one computer
