Smart filter for photoshop not working with video

Doesn't seem to w

work  I create smart filter when I render video it does not come out as shown in photoshop window  but shows basically as unedited video shown in smaller picture

My guess is that it's due to you using Topaz filters, which most likely needs to be applied to each frame by the Topaz plugin. This may only work with builtin Photoshop filters.
