Need help with the downloading.

I bought a Creative Cloud plan that included photoshop cc 2017. I got the confirmation to my mail. So I open up Creative Cloud and install PS, but it still says trial expired and that I need to buy it. Has this happened to anybody else?

I would start by logging out of your Creative Cloud desktop application, and then logging back in again.

And then work your way through this list:

Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode
