Lightroom Histrogram issue

I like to use the histogram to see where the brightness and shadow clipping is.

Recently I edited a picture where there were marked a lot of areas wich were completely in a normal brightness as you can see in the pictures below.

I think this isn't right!

Can someone help me and detect the issue?
