Keywords disappeared & no place to add keywords

I was adding keywords to a group of newly imported photos and went to subtract one keyword from keyword list.  Don't know what I hit but the panel that shows the keywords added to a photo is no longer visible and the little box that says to "add keywords here" has disappeared.  I still have the keyword list but I can't find the trick to make the keyword panel visible or the "add keyword" box visible.  Help!  Using LR5.

use the menu command Window->Panels->Keywording

Thank you!  That was simple and much clearer than the various 'formal' LR discussions on keywording.
