I just downloaded a group of pics.  They show up on CC but when I try to "Develop" (edit)  I get a warning message on the picture that it "Cannot Locate Folder."  What does that mean?  I see a folder of these pics in "My pictures" so I'm lost. Help.

Moving the photos to the desktop folder won't help.

It is giving you the message that it cannot locate the photo because the photo is no longer in the folder Lightroom expects it to be in. You have to move the photos back to the photo Lightroom expects it to be in, or follow these instructions to re-connect the photos to Lightroom: Adobe Lightroom - Find moved or missing files and folders

After I move them from the My Pictures Folder to the Desktop Folder, would I need to re-load the new fold to CC?
